What we collect
- Account data: Email address (for authentication via magic link). We do not store passwords.
- Scan data: URLs you submit for scanning and the resulting accessibility reports.
- Payment data: Processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or full card details.
- Usage data: Basic analytics (page views, scan counts) for service improvement. No third-party trackers.
How we use it
- To provide the accessibility scanning service you requested.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send transactional emails (scan results, billing notifications).
- To improve the service based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not use your data for advertising.
- We do not scrape or store the content of pages you scan beyond the accessibility report.
- We do not use third-party analytics trackers (no Google Analytics).
Data retention
Scan results are retained for 90 days for active accounts. Deleted account data is purged within 30 days.
Third-party services
- Supabase: Database and authentication (hosted in US).
- Stripe: Payment processing (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant).
- Vercel: Application hosting.
- Modal: Scanner compute infrastructure.
Your rights
You can request data export or deletion at any time by emailing privacy@accesspulse.dev.
