Service description
AccessPulse provides automated web accessibility testing against WCAG 2.2 criteria. Our service identifies potential accessibility issues but does not guarantee full WCAG compliance. Automated tools detect approximately 30-40% of accessibility issues; we recommend complementing automated scans with manual testing and professional audits.
Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Only scan websites you own or have authorization to test.
- Not use the service to perform denial-of-service attacks or abuse scanned websites.
- Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage quotas.
- Not resell access to the service without a written agreement.
Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
- You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of charge.
- Scan quotas reset at the start of each billing period. Unused scans do not roll over.
Limitation of liability
AccessPulse is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that scan results are complete, accurate, or sufficient for legal compliance. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to ADA lawsuits, fines, or regulatory penalties.

Changes to terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
